How do I place an order

It's super easy!

First, select the total labels you need for your set from the drop-down menu. Next, personalize your labels (if applicable) by entering all of the requested info on the item page. Finally, add the item to your cart. From here you can either continue shopping or proceed to check out.

What is your Turnaround time?

We process all of our orders within 2-4 business days. This is the time it takes for us to receive your order, create your design, print, package, and prepare your shipment.

Shipping/Transit Time is different from turnaround.

How long does Shipping take?

We ship standard via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes full tracking for your peace of mind.

While transit times are estimates only, it typically takes 2-6 business days. Again, this is an estimate only and we always recommend ordering early just in case there are any USPS delays, especially during the holiday season.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout!

Can I upgrade my Shipping?

Yes, of course! You can always upgrade your shipping in your shopping cart before checkout. Please note that shipping upgrades are for transit times only. Standard production times still apply (1-4 business days).

Need your labels by a certain date? Send us a message on our contacts page and we'll get back to you ASAP and help you select the best shipping method to be sure you get your order before your event.

Do you accept Returns?

Since all of our labels are made to order, all sales are final.

If for any reason your item doesn't match your order, we are more than happy to recreate a correct set or provide a refund.

Design & Custom Orders

Can I see a Proof before your ship?

Proofs are available by request only. If you'd like to see a proof before your order ships, just include a note with your order.

Please note, if you do request a proof we will not ship your order until it is approved, which can delay arrival times for your order.

Do you accept Custom Orders?

Yes! We absolutely love working with clients to make their visions come to life.

What if I want to make more changes to the design beyond what's included?

It's possible, but we'll need to chat more with you first to see if we can accommodate. An additional design change fee may apply.

Can you match fonts?

In most cases yes, but we'll need to chat a bit more to be sure. Send us a message and we'll let you know what's possible!
