Orders within the US typically arrive in about 2-6 business days after being shipped. We ship all orders with USPS, so please keep in mind that delivery times may vary.

How do I customize my order?
For personalized designs, please enter your details and/or make your selections using the in the text boxes and drop down menus provided on on the item page. Once you fill all required feilds, you can add the item(s) to your shopping cart.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not offer returns on personalized items. Non-custom items will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

What bottles work best with my labels?
To ensure the best fit, measure your bottles before ordering. Our labels work best on bottles with a straight body that is taller than the label height. If your bottles have a curved or textured surface, the labels may not lay flat and could wrinkle, bubble, or bunch. Keep in mind that our labels only cover the front of the bottle, just like most standard wine labels.
